The finest quality beef should ideally have a covering of fat and contain veins of fat (marbling) within the lean meat.

This can only be achieved by using traditional breeds of cattle, farmed on natural pasture and we therefore source our meat from ‘Scotch Premier Meats’.

This is a ‘farmer owned’ cooperative based in Aberdeenshire who have been supplying us for over 25 years with beef reared on Scotland’s lush natural pastures and enjoy the honour of having a Royal Warrant.

We also source beef locally, predominantly Aberdeen Angus from local farms and markets.
